YOUR HEALTH, YOUR CONVERSATION

Support that can
begin with a conversation.

The team will confirm whether a virtual visit suits your needs or whether an in-person assessment is the better next step.

01 / PRIMARY CARE

Follow-up & ongoing care

Discuss suitable follow-up concerns, review your progress, and plan next steps with an available clinician.

02 / MENTAL WELLBEING

Behavioral health enquiries

Ask about clinician availability for mental health assessment and follow-up appointments.

03 / UNDERSTANDING YOUR CARE

Results & medication review

Talk through existing results, medicines, and questions. Any prescription depends on clinical assessment and applicable requirements.

04 / FAMILY CONNECTION

Caregiver involvement

With the patient’s permission, a designated family member or caregiver can ask about joining the conversation.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps.
One connected visit.

Your appointment is confirmed directly by the team or appointment portal. Online enquiries are not monitored continuously.

Request your appointment

Use our booking portal or contact the team. Tell us the type of appointment you need and where the patient will be located.

Receive confirmation & your private link

The team confirms suitability, clinician availability, fees, and joining instructions. Your video link is provided after the appointment is arranged.

Join from a quiet, private space

Have identification, your medication list, and relevant results available. The clinician will explain any follow-up or in-person care needed.

WE’LL HELP YOU GET STARTED

Let’s find the
right appointment.

You can ask a general question before booking. The team will advise about current schedules, fees, and whether care can be offered where the patient is located.

Telehealth is not for emergencies. For urgent or life-threatening concerns, seek emergency care rather than waiting for a virtual appointment or online reply.

Ask about a virtual visit

BEFORE YOUR VIDEO VISIT

A little preparation helps.

What do I need for the appointment?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet private space. Have your identification, medication list, and relevant records ready.

Where is my video link?

The team provides your private joining instructions after confirming the appointment. Contact the hospital if you have not received them. There is no public shared video room on this website.

Can I book from outside Sierra Leone?

You can enquire from abroad. Tell the team where the patient will be located. Clinician availability, suitability, and applicable practice requirements must be checked before a visit is confirmed.

What if my connection fails?

Try rejoining using the instructions provided. If that does not work, contact the hospital using the contact details in your appointment confirmation so the team can advise on next steps.

Does a virtual visit guarantee a prescription?

No. The clinician decides whether a prescription, further assessment, testing, or in-person care is appropriate. Pharmacy stock and costs are confirmed separately.

How much does a telehealth visit cost?

Please ask the team for current consultation fees and payment arrangements before confirming your appointment.
