Your questions, answered.
Do I need an appointment?
You can book online or contact the team to discuss the right service. For urgent needs, call the hospital or attend for assessment. Booking does not guarantee a specific clinician or immediate treatment.
Is the hospital open at night?
The hospital and pharmacy operate 24 hours. Individual clinician and laboratory schedules may vary. X-ray, ultrasound and ambulance support are coming soon and are not yet available.
What are the fees and payment options?
Contact reception for current consultation fees, test and medicine costs, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements. Ask for an explanation of expected costs before planned care.
Can my family receive updates from abroad?
With the patient’s consent, the team can discuss an appropriate communication plan with a designated family contact. Confidentiality and the patient’s preferences guide what can be shared.
When can I visit someone in observation?
Visiting hours are 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Please check with the nursing team before visiting; patient needs and clinical circumstances may affect access.
How do I receive my test results?
Before leaving, ask when results are expected, how to collect them, and whether you need a follow-up visit. A clinician should explain what your results mean.
Can I book an ambulance online?
Our ambulance service is coming soon and is not currently available. Online booking and WhatsApp enquiries do not arrange patient transport. Contact the clinical team to discuss care and referral needs.
